Hull Cleaning and touch-ups

Hi All,
I left my 2007 RXT on the dock for a couple weeks in a small lake. When I pulled it out the hull is badly stained brown.
I am looking for advice on cleaning it back to white again. I see some products out there such as 'Starbrite hull cleaner' but they look very strong and I worry might do damage. especially if it gets on any decals or rubber parts. What should I be using? soap and water doesnt budge it.

Also, I found 2 dime size chips in the hull. I was looking at buying a gelcoat repair kit, then hesitated as I am not even sure what the hull is made of. Best I ask some advice first

I had to wet sand river gunk off of my hull after I bought it. Then buffed it all out with a cleaner wax. I also fixed some chips with the Evercoat Match and Patch kit. Worked pretty well. If you have a white ski, don't use anything but the white tint. I tried to add a little yellow to bring the white down a bit, but it turned out too dark. Once it is sanded down with progressively higher grits, you can polish it with the same cleaner wax. It is strong and smooths out pretty well.

I recommend using Starbrite sea safe. It is a cleaner that has a completely biodegradable formula and doesn’t contain any type of acids, chemicals, solvents, or phosphates. Very safe for fiberglass or painted surfaces. This product is the type of product that you'd buy on a regular basis just to give your boat that monthly cleaning and shining. If you have a heavy-duty job in mind, you may want to use other products.

Slimy Grimy is the best product to remove sea growth, stains, etc.
Amazing product.
