that is another part they just replace bearings . I would be concerned about where that chunk Made his home

The guys over pwc Muscle can help you with the impeller I don't think the housing is bad . Well it looks like you diagnosed the problem

I did not at first glance. But by the looks the flow would go up through a 2 in hose and into the carb. That's a good distance and engine seems to be running really good.
Would that chunk cause a loss of instant HP? I'm gonna change everything the plugs as well

That would cause you loss of hp . And sure you could have it done by 4th you would have to send supercharger out today
next day . As long as you are confident that there are no chunks floating thru your engine . I know a tech would tell you to pull the head and start looking for aluminum chunks and shavings and clean. I also have heard of guys fixing the supercharger just at right time before it did any damage to engine. and they changed oil and filter. And everything was fine . It's definitely your call

Changed the plugs in both. Thanks for all your help on this matter. I I'll let you know how it turns out. PWCs are like boats I guess. Fun but alot of money when things go wrong.

Alright, got the SC back. The chunk out of it was machined for balancing...thank goodness. SC still had ceramic washers, he said it was way past time to rebuild.
Put it on the water and it still has same issue. Runs better, but still no umph. Stating to wonder if it's the prop or wear ring. Looked at prop and it does have some dings.
Any thoughts?

As this post is 3 pages long, I didn't go back and re-read it all.

Please list your issues and what you have done so far...

that could be a problem it's not that big of a job to remove the jet pump . there should only be a small distance between impeller and wear ring brand new it's between .001 and .004 if it gets into the. 062 range wear ring would need replacing. As far as impeller goes it's easy to chip one because you could suck in a fishing hook or lure and damage it . Does it still throw off codes?

How do you check codes without candoo?

In most cases you can't.

Some skis will scroll a code on the display depending on what it is. For example, I had an IBR issue and it shows three codes. I still needed to buy a CanDoo Pro as I needed to pull all the codes and also be able to clear the codes.

I don't think you can . But when there is something major wrong it will throw off codes on instrument panel.

1. Changed plugs
2. Rebuilt supercharger
3. Just put some seafoam in gas
Doesn't have the giddy up my other one does. Gets up to 67 or so, just not as quick. Don't feel it has the power to anyone either.
