How to remove polish from the hydroturf?

I polished my RXT a few weeks ago, and noticed that the hydroturf is turning white on the edges where they got hit with the polishing wheel. How do I get it out? Haven't had this issue before with the polish.

You can try rubbing alcohol on a rag and see if that removes the polish residue. Assuming it is residue and not that you actually damaged the hydro turf. If the rubbing alcohol works, I would treat it with 303 afterwards

Sherwin williams sells some stuff at their automotive paint stores called ultraclean. It is a wax and grease remover to use before painting. It is great to have around and will work for your application.

Im pretty sure it's just residue, I tried to not let the wheel touch the turf but it obviously lightly touched. I tried uploading a picture but it isn't working..

I will try rubbing alcohol, but what is 303? And I have never came across a sherwin williams store of any kind in my area, but I do work at a dealership with a body shop so they probably have something similar. Thanks for the replies!

a pressure washer will remove it, but you have to be a little careful. most people don't realize how dirty their hydro turf gets but if you pressure wash it from a safe distance with not too much direct psi, it will brighten them up and make them look new again.

Try Superclean or spay nine, both are cleaners - works great and you should be able to find that in any walmart type places... was gonna say candien tire but you wont find that in the states ...

Google 303 aerospace protectant. Kind of like an armorall but leaves a UV layer. Great for boats. I use it on all of my boat cushions and seats as well as the rub rail and trim. On the Seadoo I use it on the seat, my Black Tip traction mat and rub rail.
