How to Perform Leak Down Test

My 2008 Wake 215 is lacking top-end speed. It should be going close to 70 and it's only going around 55, but throttle response and acceleration are quite good. I did a compression test and got results on all three cylinders in the 105-110 range, so now I want to perform a leak down test to see if I've got an issue I need to worry about. This engine has been rebuilt and bored to 5mm over standard, so not sure how that impacts the compression readings.

Can someone explain to me in detail how to do the leak down test? I know it has to be done with each cylinder at top dead center, but exactly how do I ensure the cylinder is at TDC? When doing the test, how do I keep the piston from moving? I have the shop manual and found an area that says to "refer to ENGINE LEAK TEST section for procedures" but I can't seem to find where the heck that section is. I have a tester from Amazon arriving tomorrow and would like to understand the entire procedure so I can ensure I do it correctly. Thanks.

Thanks for the video @ski-d00 . I went and played with it over the weekend and have a couple of questions I'm hoping someone can help me with.
  1. Are you guys turning the engine over by putting a wrench on the acorn nut of the supercharger? If not, how are you doing it?
  2. How do you verify the piston is on the compression stroke as opposed to the exhaust stroke?
  3. How quickly do the valves begin to open once the piston leaves TDC? If it drops like 1/8" from TDC are the valves still closed? Just trying to understand how exact I have to be here.
  4. Once the piston is at TDC, are you just holding it in place with a breaker bar or something? My engine turns very easily with the spark plugs out and it doesn't really want to stay at TDC.
Thanks.
