realistically... no. Can't be done. (cheap)
With that said... by the book... you can shave the heads up to 0.010". That will give you a low end, to mid boost.
Also... there are guys who get MONSTER HP from the 2.5l Merc engines, and spin them to 10,000 RPM. The problem is... your computer, and injection system can't handle much more HP than it makes now. Also... since you are dealing with a "Pump" and not a prop... you will have to get a custom made impeller to take care of more HP. Basically... it will get expensive.
