How to Get Dye/Ink Stains off Vinyl Seats

Does anyone know how to get swimsuit dye marks off of white marine vinyl?

I don't know for sure but try Zippo lighter fluid.

Hi & welcome.
Try nail polish remover or (yes you are reading it correctly) Hair spray...Aqua net is OK, it's the cheapest and it works on ink very well so it might work on dyes.
