How to check compression 951

Before you tell me to search, I did. I just bought another LRV. I want to check the compression and I am wondering where to put the plug boots when checking compression on the 951 two stroke. On my DI version there are two posts to put the boots. Where would be the best(cheapest) place to get a shop manual for my LRV's?

What year LRV are you asking about? The 02 has grounding posts between the Rave valves, I think the earlier models have the grounding posts on the back side of the rear ebox.

It is a 2001 LRV carb model. Yes the 2002 LRV DI version has the post between the Rave valves. I would like a hard copy. The guy gave me a hard copy but it is in French and just to hard to figure what they are describing.

I doubt you are going to find a printed shop manual, you can download one from this site if you join as a premium member. When you get the PDF file put it on a thumb drive and have it printed at Kinko's, Office Depot. You could try EBay but that's a pretty rare ski.

it's at the very back of the ski on the back side of the rear ebox, where kicker told you it was. oddly enough, I just checked compression on an LRV carb model today. you may have to remove a couple wire keeper clips so they will reach to the back, I did.
