2002 GTX water flow issue

Hello, I have a 2002 GTX 951 2 stroke (not the DI model). I’m stuck on troubleshooting the water flow issue. From the water pressure regulator valve to the inflow spigot on the tuned pipe, where should the compressed air come out of? I have blown air and water into the inflow spigot and can’t figure out if there’s a blockage or not. For context, the tell tales do not have water coming out when testing on the lake. Water does flow out of both tell tales on the hose.

This cooling chart will give you a better idea of what hoses to check for obstructions.

Reading your message over it seems like if you are getting water out of both tell tales on the hose but not on the lake it seems to me that you might have an obstruction coming from your water intake coming from your jet pump. I would check the hose itself, and also the intake grate at the bottom of the hull to make sure nothing is blocking your jet pump from creating water pressure. I would also check your wear ring and impeller just to make sure the jet pump isn’t struggling to create pressure.
