If you have the equiment... then press it apart, change the seals and bearings... true it up... TIG it all in place... and re install.
Personally... I own the equipment, but I just buy Hot-Rods cranks.
The only time I will rebuild a crank for myself or for a customer, is if it's something that isn't available. (My labor is worth more than a reputable rebuild) Not to metion... Hot-Rods cranks are new... not rebuilds.
