High Altitude: 1998 seadoo jetski GTX Limited

Howdy! I am a newb, which is daunting. but, I have a question. I am looking at a 1998 seadoo jetski GTX Limited - my question is, how well will that until and that age work in high altitude with two adults and a child on it? Would it still haul? Or am I expecting too much from something 16 years old with that engine?
