Gee Dave, that's the first time I ever saw one of those. I do remember having a neighbor with the first seadoos on the lake I lived on. I was like in my early teens...

LoL that engine looks like an old CanAm motocross engine on that thing.

I think it was a first Can-AM engine. There were a couple members on here restoring the first model's. I haven't seen them in here in a long time. I wonder how they made out. I can't remember their screen names, but I do a search to see what I can find out. I'd buy a vintage one in a hart beat if I had the chance, just because...

Im not sure how hard it is to insure vintage ski's where you are. Over here insurance Brokers are reluctant to touch anything over 10 years old. Due to breakdowns/recovery I suspect. But yeah I hear what your saying. Restoring can be fun if parts are out there.
Be good to see if there is any vintage stuff being restored.
And how there sourcing parts.
