I have a 92 speedster 5894 and it is not it is not speeding up when throttles are pushed up. It does fine til about 4000 RPM on each motor but once you push a throttle or both any higher, RPM's rise rapidly to about 7000 to 8000, motors are screaming like if you were running it at full power while in neutral but with a more force full sound, and the boat is barely moving. The only thing I have recently done to it is change the spark plugs and installed a battery selector switch so I can turn the battery on and off, on the boat without disconnecting them. I really have no idea what could be wrong with it or where to even start. It would really be appreciated if someone could help me with my little problem. Thank you.

Sounds like classic sign of cavitation. The wear ring is probably shot. Search and read up on it here. Suck anything up lately? Rocks, sticks, weeds, rope, a body? That would do it.

I had the same thing with my 95 Speedster. I pulled the pump thinking it was the wear ring but it turned out to be a bad seal on the seal carrier assembly.

I replaced mine and packed it with lube and I am back in business. If your impeller and wear ring are good, look to the seal carrier for the air leak that is causing your cavitation.

I think he's talking about the drive shaft seal.

I've never played with a SeaDoo boat that early... but you should have a seal pack with a bearing. If all the parts are on your boat... behind each engine, you will find a gray plastic cover. Take that off, and you will see the seal pack. Those will both need rebuilt.

I'm not sure about your boat because of the age. But if it is like the PWC's of the same year, the seal carrier is located right before the drive shaft exits the hull. It will be metal with a zerk lube fitting followed by a short rubber tube (check this for cracks as well!).

Try pumping some marine lube to help the seals close. If the seals are shot, you can get individual replacements or a whole repair kit from SBT.

If your boat is a '96, forget what I said earlier. Instead of a carrier seal, your boat uses a carbon seal right before the driveshaft exits the hull to the pump. Those can be a source of air introduction into the pump and may need to be replaced if the wear ring and impeller are OK.
