help please new to me runs ? but

will fire right up put in the water and fires right up try to go it will take of and than die
pulled plugs and wet with fuel if i crank on it it will do the same start and die
seems to run ok at idle
the ski has set for a year and the fule smells kinda bad
could this be it

Knowing what the ski is will help. BUT... drain the fuel, clean the carbs, and change the fuel lines if they are gray.

ya seen that after i posted this thanks will get on the lines today
as soon as napa opens

ok DOC did all fuel lines cleaned the carb but still did the same thing
it has a fuel oil gage on the hood unpluged it and runs like a dream
will this hurt any thing looks to me the plug that gos to the oil tank is the one the makes it die blue wires

If you have a short int he wires... then you should figure out why.
