Help, 2000 Gs runs good but smokes like crazy!!

I have a 2000 seedoo GS that runs great, but has begun smoking like crazy. Last season it was running rough so I had carb rebuilt, filters replaced and new plugs put in before season started. I have ran it twice now and each time there is a lot of smoke coming from exhaust. Is now runs great, but has Way more smoke than normal. Any suggestions would be great

When you say "ran it", how long was this for? If you winterized it, it could still be burning off the remnants of this process.
