I was out riding yesterday and jumped a big wave. 10 seconds after I hit the wave the motor sounded funny and had no power so I shut it off right away. Tried to start it and it wouldn't start so I had to be towed in. The electronics all light up, the engine will crank for about 3 seconds and then will stop. Plenty of gas an oil, and took the battery out and charged it and still the same results. Please help me as to what could be wrong

When you towed it in, did you pinch the cooling line closed? If not, you may have water in your cylinders. I realize this was not your initial concern, but if you do, you need to get it out so it does not rust.

When it cranks for 3 seconds, is it like it normally was. Smooth and strong? Or is it different than it was?

Are you saying it will run for 3 seconds & then stop, or it will only crank for 3 seconds? Your going to need to start with some basics & check the compression on each cylinder with a good gauge. Then see where to go from there. The wave may, or may not have had something to do with it. But usually when there are strange noises before it shuts down, its not usually good news. A compression test will help a lot here.

It's cranks for 3 seconds like it normally should and then just won't turn anymore unless is stop pushing the start button and then push it again and then it will crank for 3 seconds again and so on

Check your battery voltage. If the battery is very weak the voltage can drop very low during crank to a point where the MPEM will disengage the start solenoid. should be 12.6V at rest. Do not charge the battery with the lanyard installed. Its best to disconnect the battery if your going to put a changer on it.

Well bought a new battery and it will run, but it sounds funny And isn't producing any power. Like when I squeeze the throttle I barely move in the wayer

Compression is fine. It runs like something is blocking the impeller,
The amount of water being pushed out is not enough for how much I squeeze the throttle
