Only by someone that understands all that is going on there. You can't just deck it obviously the domes need to be re-cut. A good used stock head is the best option if you can source one reasonably. Otherwise send it to a PWC specialty shop like GroupK.

With that said if one had to they could smooth out the detonation damage and be OK. In a pinch you could smooth things out with a heavy gauge wire wheel or whatever. The trick would be to remove as little material as possible and to stay clear of the head gasket sealing surface.

That's pretty rough. Depending on what your goals may be, either buy a good used one or an aftermarket (side note, I've been informed that the new Miller heads are off being anodized now)
If you want a stocker, i've got a handful i'll let go of for a decent price

Head came off a kick around ski while out on the river. Not gonna be racing it or anything just something to ride around on when it gets hot.

tks

I like living on the edge sometimes but that thing is dead as fried chicken. Only to be used in case of imminent Zombie attack. :D :D I like them when they look like this. :)

Thanks Patrick......
etemp...... I wished mine still looked like that... I will be slipping through Slidell Saturday on the way to NO

I'll be here. Need any parts?? I might have a better looking head for you. I might have thrown them away though. The water passage area was eaten away on a couple.
