Guess my xp isnt quite fixed.

It ran great to start out with but I kept fouling the plugs and it would take a bit to get it to go all out. It wouldnt go when I hit the gas. I premix the gas at 32:1. Is this correct or too much oil?

If they got really black again then yes probably. you could have leaky seals making it worse.
If compression good and motor has been sitting for a while could of made symptoms worse.

Add more gas for the 3 oz of oil more you added if you did 5 gallons.
Two strokes are finicky
