Also keeps blowing 5 amp fuse on bottom right fuse box on mpem ??
Any advise would be appreciated

Someone most likely jump started the ski from a running vehicle and ruined the ECU.

That didn’t happen
, I jumped it from a car but definitely not running !

Well, you still are going to need a new ECU.

Do you think the jump from a non running car battery would do this ? Maybe the ampage was too high ?

Not usually but they are very sensitive to proper voltage and surges. I've seen loose terminals take out ECUs. I have a 420664565 from a 2004 GTX 185 for $650.
