Ok,, while doing some cleaning I found a plug hanging that has 5 wires in it. I looks like what would be a diagnostic type connection. However, on top of my battery bracket there is a "Dummy plug" that goes nowhere but has two terminals in it that loop directly to themselves. The plug I found hanging fits perfectly into the dummy plug. Which means, when it is plugged in it would complete a circuit to two of the wires.

Can someone take a look at theirs and see if the plug on top of their battery is plugged in to anything.

I will look up a schematic when I get home, but for now I wanted to toss this out there.

In the picture you can see the Dummy Plug and the plug I found laying below the battery.

This ski is a 2010 GTX with the 155 engine.

Looked at the wire schematic, not going to help in this case.

So, anyone with a 2010 or so GTX, I would appreciate if you would look at yours and let me know.

Thanks...

Yep, I love threads like this asked and answered without any intervention.
