gtx di 01 burning fuses batt & fuel injection fuses

i got a 200i seadoo gtx di mi brother conected a batt charger all night to the batt and now is blwing fuses f5 and f6 that are battery swith and fuel injector i dont now was the problem now every time i replace fuses i put the key hit start the fuel pump starts and the strater wont turn after that the fuse blow up again the starter is good and the batt got good voltage12.13 whitout load and 11.08 whit load i dont now if the fuel injector pump was chorted our the computer a sea doo tech told me that discoinect the right rear plug from the back electrical box if the fuses thident burn he new what was going on but i dont got money pay somebody to diagnous the problem .... need help
