Good Deal??

Hey guys, have an oppurtunity to purchase a 99XP Limited for $1500 w/o trailer. The guy says the ski has 45 hours on it and will start up but when you give it gas it will die and won't rev past 3K. With this low of hours I can't see anything major being wrong but I guess that is just positive thinking. Good deal or what? Thanks in advance.

Sounds like a decent deal. Plan on doing some work, if the original grey fuel lines have not been replaced, replace grey fuel lines, rebuild carbs., replace fuel filters, fuel selector valve.

You can also check the wear ring and impeller.

If everything checks out you have a deal. If not you are looking at an additional $200-300 (if you do the work yourself).
