my 95 GTS is taking water on, and it's coming from the small black bilge pumps on the inside bottom of the hull. any ideas why thre water is coming in there.

It could be from the cooling system or the Drive shaft boot. If you still can't find it, fill the Hull with water, couple inches and see where it runs out of the bottom.
