When I sold my ski I left the Hero2 on the handlebar for the new owner, after collecting a ridiculous amount of unedited ride footage I decided to just not bother for a while, and it is a good excuse to upgrade when i'm ready.
+1 on the RAM mount comments.
if anybody needs mounting stuff for their gopro's shoot me a PM I have a box full of assorted hookups, including two aluminum mounts that I never got around to installing.
