gas blowing out of carb

tried some carb spray....it blow back out of carb....rotary valve?? 95 sea doo...nay hints

Welcome to the seadoo forum. If that's the only problem, then yes it could be a rotary valve out of time, or broken.

I have ok compression 120 psi in both.....would defective rotary valve effect conpression....like a bad reed

If the timing is off, it will blow out fuel install sucking it in to combust it. It's possible to even back fire due to being out of time.

sounds like your brass gear stripped on the rv assy, which you'll need to first, verify thats the problem, and if it is, you'll need to pull the motor, and remove the old assy and install a new/known good one. what type ski?
