Fuel treatment question

Ok, so I just got through with a engine and carb rebuild. Old gray fuel lines have been replaced a few years back and I want to make sure I am doing everything correct to prevent new fuel delivery/carb problems and to make my new engine last a long time. I search the forum on fuel treatment and most of the post dealing with fuel and ethanol treatments are a few years old. The discussions were based on what was happening with ethanol at that time. Today almost all gas has ethanol in it. At least in this state. So my questions are.

1) What is the recommended practice for treating today's fuel for our rotax engines?
2) If treatment is recommended, what product(s) are OK?
3)How often to treat? What is the threshold of time before needing to treat?

In the past, I have been using the Startron/Starbrite Fuel enzyme treatment product. Is this safe for our 2 strokes and the makuni carbs or would the marine Stabil product be better?

The only thing I recommend for a 2-stroke is Marine Stay-Bil. I normally put it in with every other fill up.
