Any Idea's
We have a 1999 Seadoo GSX Limited 2 stroke 947 or 951 not to sure but we left it tired to the river bank over night on the Murray
and next day we found it full of water that got in under the seat from the waves from the other boats'
The water has gone into the air intake and into the engine which I must say is pretty high'
Anyway after getting what we thought was all the water out of the engine' we can start the engine but appears
to be running on one cylinder the one closest to the front not sure which is cyl 1 and which is cyl 2
But any way the cyl closest to the back of the ski the carby is spitting fuel back out through the throat of the carby
filling the air box with fuel. We can remove the spark plug lead on this cylinder and no change to the engine;
we have checked the spark on this cyl and is fireing.
Has this happened to any one else and what would make the fuel spray back through the carby back into the air box
after being submerged.
