Trying to get a fuel level reading on a '95 XP. Unsurprisingly, my ohm meter read 1 when initially testing the plug.
I pulled the baffle and cut into it to check the F1 fuse. It appeared to be intact, but I still soldered it just in case. My Ohm reading is still no different than before the solder and sliding the float up/down the baffle does nothing.
Does that mean the baffle is beyond repair? It looks terrible. The bottom third of it has tons of micro-cracks and evidently sat in the same fuel for years and years.
