Info- I have 2 1994 SeaDoo GTX's. Last run about 3 months ago. When we went out the one died and would not run but would turn over. So I towed it back with the other GTX running pretty slow. Only had about a half mile or so to go. As a precaution, when I got back I pulled the plugs and turned over the engine for 20 secs or so. No water out the plug holes so I felt good. Just before this last cold spell, I went to winterize them and could not get the one that had died to turn over at all, not by hand or with the starter. Even with the plugs out. I lubed it up real good, winterized it and replaced the plugs. Just wondering what you guys would reccommend when I go back to working on the thing.

Even though, you cranked the engine with the plugs out… you should have gotten it to start as soon as you had time. A small amount of water could have been in the engine, and rusted it internally.
I would remove the pump, and try to turn it over, by hand, from the PTO. If it won’t move… then that engine is done.
If it will turn over… check the pump, and make sure it spins. Then, check over the electrical, to make sure the starter system is working.
