Flywheel compatibility ?

Looking up a replacement flywheel for my 2002 4-tec GTX, the oem part number is #290834480
I found a nice one from a 2006 GTI, but when I look up the part number for the GTI it comes up as #420834484
both are listed as 86 tooth. Are they the same, or maybe the 2006 is a revised flywheel?

Sorry Im definitely not an expert on 4 stroke stuff, but my best guess is its the same. Usually when the number is a couple off its a revised part or from a different supplier.
