Wow that 98XP from Ohio is sure a sweetheart! Can't wait to run up on one cheap. That looks like a really good deal though. Go ride a Spark and then go ride that and tell which you want(not anyone in particular....just sayin').

I forwarded that link to my friend down the street who has a buddy in Tampa that's chomping at the bit for a Sea Doo brand ski. I'm worried about the Tampa friend since he seems like he's gotta have a ski yesterday and he's sent my friend links to craigslist ads that haven't been anything to write home about. I'm hoping he's interested in this XPL.

BTW Matt, how ugly was that Polaris 1200 SLX when you went to pick up your latest 96 XP? It looked pretty bad in the picture.

I know guys don't like them but I'd be game for one or a 785 Pro or 1200 Pro.

the 98 sure is pretty, I agree...

danny: re the polaris... ok to buy & ride, but parting one out was like pulling teeth.... electronics go fast but everything else doesn't

WTF is winter raised? Was raised in the winter? I mean you don't have to be a literary scholar, but how in the hell does winter raised look when you put that on an AD? LOL

lol, a quick glanceover and I never caught it, but if u don't know the term winterized, winter raised is close enough :)

LOL I was just going to post something sarcastic and then read your post. I bet it's either auto-correct or well...um...an edycation issue.

Danny that Polaris was super rough. Just like the XP, they got it with a small issue and what did they do to remedy it...?... they left it out in the elements for several years.

I am extremely impressed with the Pro785. A guy had one at the races last year in Panama City and he was really fast. He beat all the skis every time(we had to run in the naturally aspirated 4 stroke class) exept for the Yamaha factory rider. It seems like a very complicated but capable machine. I can only assume the 1200 version is a BOSS!

Thanks for the report, Matt.

Yeah, those Pro 785s are hot. If I'm not mistaken, the 785s are actually faster than the Pro 1200s. Don't quote me on that though. Also, I don't think the Pro 1200s are all that different from the standard 1200 SLX models. I've always got my eyes open for one of any of these skis.

Nice buncha guys at Broward Motorsports. It is a bit high though.

a BIT high ?

sorry, i'm sure its nice.. but its more than a BIT high lol, i almost paid less for both of my ski's, and I wouldn't trade either one individually for the SPX straight up.
