First time out on my ski and got home and noticed alot of fishing line on shaft. Should I just unbolt grate and cut line off of shaft? Hoping that will be the easy way. Any special way of reinstalling grate. I noticed the other piece behind the grate has sealant around it. I am sure I have to be careful of nicking shaft? Thanks for replies, Ricky P.S. do I have to use any sealant on the bolts when I reinstall grate?
