Took my 2001 seadoo challenger out today.. started up fine ran fine for about 40mins. I stopped for a swim and turned it off for about 30mins. Tried to restart with the blower briefly on but it wouldn't start. New plugs and new battery. Gas was stabilized over the winter plus I topped up with premium... I tried 5 times with no luck then opened the engine compartment. When I tried with the compartment opened it started up.
I'm new to jet boats so is there a fume sensor that would prevent it from starting?
I know the manual says to run the blower for 5 minutes prior and I know I didnt wait that long.. maybe a minute or so.
Any thoughts?
Thanks
