I was out running the boat when all of the sudden my dash went out and the starboard one engine cut out. I shut off the port engine and tried to restart but nothing happens. I turned the key off and on again and noticed the Port fuel pump hums but not the Starboard fuel pump. I checked the fuses to both engines and all looks fine to me. All accessories work, the nav lights, radio, horn, and blower all work, but no power is getting to the instrument panel and the engines won't start. Any ideas on what's happening would be helpful.
