i had challenger 1800 787 engine ,i just change the wrie ring ,after the engine can't rolling , but when im take off the spark plugs the engine is rolling good, why is like that ,what is wrong?is a big problem?
Check the wiring off the battery. Pay special attention to the ground to the starter area... it might be corroded and not getting a good connection, or have your battery load tested at like Auto Zone for free as it might have a bad cell or 2 and not have the amps to turn over the engine under compression.
batter is good ,anther engine easy start, connection is good too, when im take off the spark plug the starter working good, put spark plug back, engine hard to rolling, maybe the starter is broken?
You need to add you seadoo information to you avatar, like year and model so you information is at hand easily. If the wire connection is good, and the battery is good, pull the starter. It must be bad.

Did it work ok with old wearing, the engine rolling? Is the new wear ring tight and impeller rubbing on it causing an extra load on enging and starter not strong enough to crank it? If this is the case have you tried to put some oil on ring to get enging started long enough to seat new ring. I bet you used an after market ring, some fit tight, some are too lose. I prefer the OEM rings which usually fit good.
