having a terable time removing the washer collar
at the carbon ring it will not budge lightly put a prota power
against it and taped it with the pump still in and its moving
at the motor but the bellow collar is not movin
should i cut the bellow off i have a new one coming?


problem solved cut the bellow add a little heat
to the ring---shes off

I see you updated and got it off but which part number in this diagram are you referring to? If you are talking about #34, you have to pull it toward the rear of the ski and remove the c-clip and o-ring. if it's stuck on the o-ring and wont move squirt a couple drops of oil under it.

threw a little heat to it not much was going to replace them anyway
the carbon ring looked nice but i took 1200 grit on a surface plate
it shines now polished, my flywheel bolts will be in mon or tues
once i get that back together ill do the valves,
new RXP-X charger and injectors coming she should be ok
