Depth sounder for 04 Seadoo GTX Wake Edition

Hi,

I noticed as I scroll through the different functions on the dash, there is one for "Depth" but the number shows "0" all the time. I know it doesn't have a depth sounder but why is it in the dash? Is there an option to have this installed? Or the ski have a depth sounder I don't know about? Thanks for the help.

My understand is that you can have it installed. Get it from Seadoo and enable it with BUDS

Thanks for both the links aklim. Do you know if the system is any good?

Others have used different brands, I think Hawkeye or something like that but then you'd have to find a place to mount the gauge. This way it is the cleanest I think.
