My 2011 GTX 215 is electrically dead. I was connecting the battery negative lead and there were a couple of normal light sparks on the lug as the bolt was being connected, and then it all stopped. Reconnecting the negative has no sparking, the LCD display is dead & no beeps from the DESS key. I have verified all fuses/relay are good ( continuity test), all connectors re-seated, tested with a different/good battery, so I'm wondering if the brief sparking killed the ECU ?? If an ECU has died will it prevent electrical continuity like this ?? Is there a way to test this ECU ?
