I know 96 XP’s (787), the spark plug gap is supposed to be between .20-.24 thousands.
I’m wandering what a premium gap might be for a little more pep. I’m currently gapped at .22

Any ideas [emoji362]

No gap or different plugs will give you any more power or performance. Just run NGK Br8ES at .20-.24 per the manual.

I did just that. Put new ones in yesterday. Old were black. My ski does run a little rich but it’s ok. I fill up the tank with gas to the top, yet gauge is only showing 3/4 full, this just started happening. Any idea on that would be awesome.

I think the 787 does tend to run a little fat in some throttle positions, this is normal.

Sending units are a series of magnetic reed switches, some floats have two magnets on them I believe, could be either one of the magnetic reed switches isn't closing, a magnet has dropped off the float or the hollow plastic float has a small hole and is partially full of fuel.

My sending unit stopped working again last year, need to yank it again and see what's going on.

I’m looking into it this weekend
Got some other things to do as well
Grease the pto, clean RAVE valves, replace jet pump oil. [emoji41]

I tried the Easy Off oven cleaner on a set of RAVES last week as some suggested and it really worked. Get the original, not the odor free one, put them in a plastic bag and let them sit with the cleaner for about 15-20 minutes. The gunk came off pretty easy.
