cooler door fix

I've tried and no avail to fix the hatch on the cooler door! Any one out there had to fix it and how. Please send a pic or a little instruction. Good at fixing things, not always the best at being creative to the problem.

I've had the worst time just drilling out the old rivits that kept the old hinge in there. Still have to finish that, broke many a bits!!

Also when looking for parts what is the comparable jet ski for that boat, as far as mechanics go!! Like GTX or GTI?
