Cleaning black spots on handles - 01 Utopia

I'm picking up the boat this weekend, the previous owner never really used it, it sat for a while so as a result all the white grab handles have black spots, looks like mould.

Any magic solution available that will clean these up?

if, Mr. Clean "magic eraser" dont work, then, put in boiling water, and add "black RIT" to it, since they're rubber/plastic. Paint wont work, just peel from being in use.

My handles are white though.......so the Black die won't be too good, I'll try the Mr. Clean Eraser.

If it really is mold, a bleach/water mix might get it off.
