Wondering if anyone has experience with having a catch can and getting warranty work done. I’ve recently purchased a 2023 gtr230 and would like to install a catch can but don’t want to void my warranty.
And yes I have contacted bro regarding this as well as what documentation I need as proof I have done needed maintenance
Thanks
I’m off to the lake 2 more hours and break in is complete.

I can't see how a catch can can void your warranty unless they could prove it caused damage.

Why bother though? I understand that all machines put oil vapour back into the intake and I agree that every machine I have had my hands on has some oil in the intake. I just don't see what urgent issue it creates.

If I were racing or competing with it, maybe I would do it as I know for a fact that the vast majority of the oil comes from running in the deep upper RPM range.
