Can't get ski mode to activate

I have a new 2012 GTX Limited and I'm trying to get ski mode to activate. When I toggle through the modes with the mode button, ski mode doesn't come up.

Any ideas as to what to check?

Ken, I have a new 2012 speedster and can't get any of the modes other than eco-mode to come up. If you get anywhere with this please post it, and I will do likewise.

Do you even have that option? I don't think that ski came with that unless you got it as an additional option.
