CanDooPro will not talk to computer?? drivers missing

drivers listed on paper of just purchast candoopro home when searched says no such item??? HELP !!!!! I would like to get this working tomorrow!! (sunday)

The only other advice I can offer is going through the install process again. Did you run the EXE file?

The drivers will not load??? So I can not even talk to the tool??? When I type in the driver address is says none exist??

Man I wish I could help. Did you trying going into "update drivers"? I'm no computer whiz when it comes that that kinda thing. Email Dennis tonight you never know he might respond tomorrow. Good Luck.
