Hey all

My girlfriend and I want to dock at some local ice cream shops during our outing. How do you guys protect your seadoo from getting damaged from the docks?

fenders for docking

We always use fenders. I generally leave one tied on to the handle on the passenger side so it can be flipped out against the rub rail when docking. I hope this helps. Just make sure you get one big enough to protect the boat. If you get one large enough you can tie up both the front and rear of the boat and let the bumper be the only part of touching the dock. - CN

I just have two normal fenders permanently in the nose of the boat. I just have rope loops around them at the right length, put them over the front & rear cleat when needed which is rare. My local place has thick soft rubber around the dock edge. Who would have thought...

Thanks Davo. That's a great idea for a boat but this is for a seadoo. I searched this topic and never noticed the fact that this topic was in the boats section.....
