Just had the supercharger rebuild by a dealer. They checked the inter cooler and said it was fine. Rebuilt the jetpump. Wear ring and impeller are fine. They put it in the test tank and it run at 8000 rpm and overheated in the tank. He replaced the sensor and retested in the tank and said it didn't overheat. It happens at full throttle only after about a minute. Checked all hoses and no coolant leak and the coolant in the bottle doesn't drop. The ski will only top out at 64 mph. Any idea on what to check next?

I'm confused. Dealer says it doesn't over heat but you disagree? Have you had it out on the lake since the dealer replaced the sensor and retested it?

You say there is no coolant in the bottle? You're talking about the Coolant reservoir? That can't be good. Where is the coolant going? Blown head gasket? Cracked block? Have you checked the oil to see if it looks like a milk shake? Or is the coolant going into the hull of the craft?

attach a catch water bottle to your coolant overfill tube and do another run. the head gasket will sometimes leak only at high rpms and high heat which then adds pressure to the coolant system and forces coolant out the overfill tube. it then gets picked up by the bailers and sucked out and can be hard to detect.

I guess i should read my post after i hit enter. LOL. The coolant bottle is full. No leaks found anywhere. The first time we took it out on the lake it overheated at wot only after 2 minutes.
