My beeper has decided to only give off a faint chirp. I know a lot of people have swapped them out for a radio shack buzzer. I would like to keep mine working with the correct seadoo part. Any idea what the part number is? I cant seem to find it using the parts link.

Well after more research I have found a bunch of different part numbers. I thought they were all universal. Guess not, how do i figure out if it will work on my boat? I cant seem to find my part number and i am not home till the morning.

I had the same problem with my buzzer. I'm from Canada and a new BRP buzzer was like $65.00 I went over to redioshack in buffalo and bought a buzzer for $9.00 It is almost the identical buzzer and works and sounds exactly the same. The local seadoo dealer actually suggested the buzzer from RS to me.

it sounds exactly the same as the one that came with the boat.it is louder then the original but it was pretty much dead when i got the boat so it is hard to compare.

Yup... it's probably made by the same people that made the OEM seadoo part. $9 at radio shack. You will solder the red wire(s) to the "Pos" terminal, and the black to the "CONST" terminal.
