Battery life on radio

How long can you run the radio before it becomes an issue with starting the boat? An hour? Two? Three?

When you say radio, what all are you talking here? Stock? Just head unit? Amps?

Bigger amps and louder volumes will suck the battery down faster, so it depends on how much stuff you are running. How many speakers, how big, etc.

I used my radio with all the speakers and amp for 45 minutes laste year no problem. Of course I was nervous and carried a battery pack. This year no worries, I added the 2nd battery.
