Bad vibrations

In a nutshell, the air compressor connecting rod bolt snapped so I pulled the engine out and rebuilt the entire air compressor. I’ve done this before on a different ski, super easy. Threw the engine back in the hull, started right up but now with some pretty noticeable vibrations. The shim was put back on the mount where it came from, drive shaft has the bumpers in. I recently just got this engine rebuilt and had no problems at all until the bolt snapped. I have to replace the one exhaust support over the mag side of the engine but I don’t think that could be the cause of vibration. Any thoughts??

Always recommended to check alignment with the proper tool whenever the engine is moved.

So I’m bringing this back up since I just had some time to work on the ski again. Aligned engine properly and shimmed accordingly. Started the ski with the driveshaft out just to eliminate a bent shaft and the vibration continues. So I’m assuming it can’t be the shaft. It has to be something internal like maybe, possibly the counter balance got bent or damaged when the bolt sheared???? I’m at a loss here...
