Anything scary I can expect when i tear this jet pump apart

Also do the bearing have to be pressed in or any special tool I need besides the little impellor tool

Nothing scary.

You don't need a special tool, but make sure you press the bearings into the right depth. They don't just press into a seat. BUT... that is all outlined in the manual.
