Antifreeze Chocolate Milkshake

I have an 03 sportster 4-tec that has a chocolate milkshake aintfreeze consistency in the overflow bottle. I also noticed the oil is very low and I checked it a few weeks ago and it was ok. I confirmed the shake is oil in the antifreeze, so the million dollar question is the problem the head gasket or oil radiator or something else? The boat still runs great, though the overheated engine light came on for a second or two when I started a warm engine today.
